We call these our "Nine Deliverables". A list of nine items clients can expect to receive consistently, without fail.
1. Financial Road Map®
We provide a complete and thorough annual update of your Financial Road Map®, focusing on your values and goals, benchmarking your progress and continuing support to your goals.
2. Implementation Plan
We deliver your updated Implementation Plan annually, summarizing your financial plan into a simple chronological list of action steps, focusing on your values and goals, and benchmarking your progress. These steps are required to create the greatest probability that you will stay on track with your plan over the years.
3. Progress Reports
Every four months, you will be given a simple, one-page summary of assets, which is designed to show your progress benchmarked against your goals.
4. Wealth Management
We will conduct two Asset Structure and Strategy discussions with you each year. The goal of these meetings is to give you the “big picture” about your financial situation, with a strategy going forward.
5. Income Tax Planning
During the last two months of each year, we will review your tax situation for the current calendar year to identify tax opportunities and remove unexpected surprises.
6. Estate Planning
We will review and update your estate plan annually, with a significant, highly focused review every five years. The two objectives are to establish a plan for your money to potentially make it to the next generation and beyond and secondly, to create a structure that will bring your heirs closer together, avoiding conflicts about the money after your passing.
7. Goal Accomplishments
We will contact you in advance of your target goal date, with the plan to fund each of your goals. Our team proactively tracks your progress towards your goal dates, and develops a detailed strategy for accomplishing each one. It's the accomplishment of your goals that is the evidence that you've made smart choices about your money so you can experience what's most important to you.
8. Cash & Debt Management
We will advise you on exactly how much cash reserves are needed and what should be done to get to that amount (and keep it there). We will also give specific advice on how to help reduce and/or eliminate your debt, according to a timeline that makes sense.
9. Insurance Review
We will review every kind of insurance you have and recommend suitable kinds and amounts of insurance you need, ensuring there are no coverage gaps that could endanger your financial plan and determine if anything can be done to reduce premiums.
