Mark Butterworth
Mark serves as a trusted adviser to his clients by helping them gain clarity in the area of comprehensive financial planning. He offers objective and independent advisory services with a focus on investment and retirement planning for his clientele of business owners, non-profit organizations, retirees and professionals.
Mark has been dedicated to providing exceptional service to his clients since entering the financial industry in 1977. A graduate of The University of Tulsa with a degree in Business Administration, Mark recognizes the importance of continuing education and has earned the distinction of holding the professional designations of Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU), and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC).
On the personal side, Mark is active in his church and community. He has served as chairman of the finance committee and on the board for Cascia Hall Preparatory School, and is a past president of the alumni board for the University of Tulsa. Mark is currently a board member of the Tulsa Ballet Theatre and for the Cascia Hall Foundation.
A former college basketball player, Mark continues to be an avid fan. In his spare time, Mark gives back by coaching young people in the sport he loves. He resides in Tulsa with his wife, Susie, and son, Parker.
Christine Casey
Christine joined Butterworth Financial Advisory as personal assistant to the founder and president of the firm, Mark Butterworth, in September 1997.
In her position as Director of Client Operations, Christine works closely with clients to meet their daily needs and maintain positive personal relationships. She is responsible for all client account services and various operational duties, including maintaining the company’s web site and overall management of the office.
Christine brought several years of experience in administrative functions to Butterworth from her work at KPMG Peat Marwick in Tulsa, handling accounts payable as well as performing other accounting duties. Prior to joining Butterworth, she worked within the medical industry, assisting a local surgeon for five years.
Christine resides in Tulsa with her son, Christopher.
